TENTATIVE ITINERARY
Day 1: Welcome Dinner & The Warm Up
The moment your plane touches down in Barbados, the island’s rhythm begins to seep into your pulse. You’re whisked to your lush accommodations in St. Lawrence Gap, the beating heart of nightlife, where the ocean breeze and the hum of music set the tone.
After a quick dip in the pool or stroll along Dover Beach, the evening unfolds with a welcome dinner at Harlequin or Café Sol, laughter spilling across tables as rum punch loosens the mood.
Then the real initiation begins: a curated bar hop through The Gap, hopping from open-air decks to neon-lit rum shops, until the night crescendos at our chosen venue, where your private section becomes the stage for the first unforgettable party of the trip.
Day 2: Beach Day & Oistins Blowout
Friday dawns slow and sun-soaked, the kind of morning where loungers on Dover Beach or Carlisle Bay feel like thrones. Cocktails arrive in rounds, the sea provides the soundtrack, and the group melts into the rhythm of island leisure.
But as the sun dips, the energy shifts — it’s time for Oistins Fish Fry, Barbados’ legendary Friday ritual. The air thickens with the scent of grilled mahi and flying fish, DJs spin soca and reggae, dancers ignite the crowd, and rum shops buzz with island chatter.
It’s a kaleidoscope of flavor, music, and movement — the island at its most alive, and you’re right in the center of it.
Day 3- Rum & Food Tour
Today we dive into cultural gems: rum and food! Starting the day with a distillery tour at St. Nicholas Abbey or Mount Gay and sampling delicious foods along the way.
As darkness falls, everyone regroups and prepares for evening festivities. Dinner at Champers or Tapas sets the stage, refined yet vibrant, before the night explodes into premium nightlife.
Whether it’s Harbour Lights with its elevated beach-club energy or The Cove with DJs and bottle service, this is the night where the island’s pulse and our group’s energy collide in a blur of music, lights, and unforgettable moments.
Day 4: Catamaran Turn Up!
By Sunday, the anticipation peaks as our catamaran awaits at the dock. The sails rise, the DJ drops the beat, and the Platinum Coast becomes our playground.
Sun-soaked decks, open bar, crystalline water stops for snorkeling, and dancing that blurs day into night — this is the highlight, the iconic Barbados boat party that transforms into legend when URBN TRVL takes over the sea.
Returning to shore, the group rinses off the salt and slips into a slower rhythm. A casual dinner follows where laughter carries into the night but the energy softens, a gentle comedown after the full-throttle celebration at sea.
Day 5: Departures
The final morning arrives with a bittersweet calm. Coffee, one last ocean breeze, and quiet reflections of nights that blurred into mornings.
Bags are packed, private transfers await, but the island lingers — in the taste of rum, the echo of music, and the bonds deepened over five days of sun, sea, and revelry.
