From Michelin counters to neon nights—this is Tokyo, elevated.
THE ITINERARY
Day 1- Arrive in Tokyo, Japan
From the moment you land, Tokyo moves differently — and so do we. After arrival, you’ll be met with private airport transfers and seamless check-in at our luxury hotel, centrally located in the heart of the city. There’s time to refresh, reset, and take in the view of Tokyo’s skyline stretching endlessly in every direction.
In the evening, we gather for our Welcome Dinner, a modern Japanese fine-dining experience that sets the tone for the week ahead. Each course is intentional. Each flavor precise. Conversations flow easily, as new connections form over sake pairings and shared excitement.
The night closes softly with a cocktail at a world-class bar for those who wish because tomorrow, Tokyo fully reveals itself.
Day 2- Sumo, Samurai, and Skyline
The day begins with a Shinjuku sumo show, diving straight into traditional Japanese culture.
From there, we move into the backstreets of Harajuku to experience the neighborhood beyond its tourist image, discovering its creative pulse and hidden gems.
Lunch is an experience in itself; refined teppanyaki where culinary mastery meets theatrical elegance.
As night falls, Tokyo rises. Dinner unfolds against a panoramic city view — a reminder that here, even the skyline feels intentional.
Day 3- A Culinary City, Unmatched
Tokyo is one of the greatest food cities in the world and today, we honor that truth fully.
The morning begins at a relaxed pace before heading to Tsukiji’s outer market, guided by culinary experts who know exactly where to go and who to talk to. We taste, learn, and experience the market as insiders, not observers.
Lunch is a private omakase sushi experience, where trust between chef and guest defines the meal. No menus. No substitutions. Just mastery.
The afternoon is yours — luxury shopping in Ginza, architecture in Omotesando, or quiet reflection in a café tucked away from the crowds are a few suggestions.
In the evening we will explore some of Tokyo’s famed nightlife.
Day 4- Rest, Ritual, and the Soft Life
In Japan, rest is not indulgence it’s discipline.
Today is about slowing down and leaning into wellness. We experience a relaxing spa ritual, designed to restore both body and mind.
This is intentional self-care deeply rooted in Japanese culture and elevated through privacy and comfort.
As evening arrives, we gather for an intimate dining experience, with a chef curated a multi-course meal for our group. The mood is relaxed. The conversations are rich.
Day 5- Mario Kart!
Today delivers excitement and adrenaline, beginning with a high-performance driving experience along Tokyo’s legendary expressways. We will dress up like our favorite Mario characters and race go-karts through city streets. This is honestly why we chose to come to Tokyo.
As night falls, we enter Tokyo’s underground featuring exclusive listening bars, members-only lounges, and nightlife spaces known more by reputation than signage.
Day 6- Reflection
The morning is light — brunch, coffee, reflection.
Mid-day will be used to relax, explore, or shop at your leisure.
The evening is pure celebration. URBN TRVL hosts a signature dinner party, highlighting global Black excellence in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. The space is private. The music is curated. The dress code is intentional.
This isn’t about being seen. It’s about being exactly where you’re supposed to be.
The night continues, effortlessly.
Day 7- Samurai Experience
We start the day with breakfast in the hotel and perhaps some brunch cocktails.
In the afternoon, we step deeper into Japan’s heritage through a samurai and artisan experience, engaging with craftsmanship, history, and storytelling that feels intimate rather than performative.
We end the night at a rooftop bar of our choosing to take in the views one last time.
Day 8- Tokyo DEPARTURES
Our final morning unfolds slowly with a farewell brunch, shared laughs, and quiet acknowledgment of how rare this experience truly was.
You will depart with memories of one of the best experiences of your life with URBN TRVL.
