THE ITINERARY

Welcome to URBN TRVL, the original Luxury Adventure Travel Specialists! We have hosted dozens of trips around the world, mostly consisting of lavish digs, delicious foods, and amazing once in a lifetime adventures. This trip however will have one main focus… PARTYING!!!

Join us for our first ever group MEETUP. What exactly is a meetup you might ask? On our normal trips we have a max capacity. On this meetup, there is NO LIMIT!!! We will be partnering with one of the DMV’s (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) top party promoters and events coordinators, “Classic Productions”.

This partnership seeks to bring as many people as possible to the Balearic Island of Ibiza to indulge in a European vibe of our annual Memorial Day Weekend trip! While there ARE a few hip-hop clubs, to get your mind ready for the general vibe of Ibiza think of Drake’s recent album “Honestly, Nevermind” and more specifically the song “MASSIVE”. Yes, you are in for helluva time!

Every year DJs, musicians, and entertainers perform day and night in Ibiza. The performers lineup is coming soon but trust us, YOU WANT TO BE HERE!!! To add a little more bang for you buck we recommend a couple days’ layover (before or after) in Madrid or Barcelona for a proper Spanish experience.

Day 1:  Arrive in Ibiza

You will arrive at Aeroport d'Eivissa (IBZ) but for those that opt for the ferry ride from Spain, we can accommodate that option as well. From the airport we have arranged transportation to bring you to URBN TRVL lodging for the weekend.

We will host a welcome dinner for our guests to distribute wristbands for parties. This will be the opportunity for everyone to meet each other that has joined the trip because after tonight, it’s quite possible the rest will be a blur.

Post dinner, find your way to the first party of the trip. (TBA)

 

Day 2:  the warm up

Today would be a good day to explore the island a bit. There are many things to see and do here such as ATVs, paddle boarding, cooking classes, visiting castles and cenotes, etc. While these activities are not included, we would be happy to assist you in getting these booked.

If you have heard of Ibiza more than likely you have heard of Ushuaia and Pacha, two of the most renowned venues on the island. Both locations host MEGA PARTIES that are so huge they are difficult to describe. No visit to Ibiza would be complete without setting foot in these locations.

Access to one of the above locations will be arranged depending on the performer of the night.

 

DAY 3- the main event

Today join us at the Hip-Hop pool party. Put on the sunblock, break out the bikinis, and prepare your liver for a day party of EPIC proportions!! This party has been going on for years and they are bringing it back once again for 2023.

Night time shenanigans will ensue.

 

Day 4:  the finale

We can’t end our trip without an epic boat party!! As we have done every year in the past, we will sail on a boat around the island whilst enjoying food, drinks, music, and a crazy party! Of course, there will be water sports available for purchase should you have the energy to partake.

Upon arrival back to Playa d’en Bossa you can make your way back to our lodging or continue the party somewhere in town.

Be ready for one final night of hitting it hard!! DC10, SWAG, or Amnesia will be the likely choices for the night. As we get closer to the trip, we will announce which venues we will attend. (TBA)

 

Day 5:  DEPARTURES FROM ibiza

Word to the wise, set a wake up call, you’ll need it. Your arranged transportation will deliver you back to the airport.

•      $1,499 per person for double occupancy (2 people in a room, 1 or 2 Beds)

•      Lump Sum Payment is cheaper than the payment plan below!

Payment Schedule

•      $399 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to guarantee your spot (goes towards total price)

•      4 installments of $500 due on the 15th of each month until balance is paid. (1-person rate)

•      4 installments of $325 due on the 15th of each month until balance is paid. (2-person rate)
